Learning Objectives
After participating in this conference, participants will be able to:
- Identify specific evidence-based lifestyle changes and explain how they positively impact patient health and outcomes
- Analyze the role of Lifestyle Medicine in promoting resiliency and evaluate its effectiveness in addressing stress, burnout, and health disparities
- Apply practice models and tools to assess, evaluate, prescribe, and counsel patients and families on lifestyle interventions for the prevention, treatment, and potential reversal of chronic diseases.

In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by RUSH University Medical Center and American College of Lifestyle Medicine. RUSH University Medical Center is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 35.25 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participation completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
