The Lifestyle Medicine Medical School Curriculum (LMMSC) is a comprehensive, evidence-based program that integrates lifestyle medicine into undergraduate medical education. Designed for flexible implementation across all four years of medical training or as an elective, it equips future physicians with the knowledge and skills to apply nutrition, physical activity, restorative sleep, stress management, connectedness, and avoidance of risky substances to promote personal well-being and deliver whole-person care for the prevention, treatment, and reversal of chronic disease.
