Sunday Pre-Conference Workshop: Sleep for the LM Professional: Trade Secrets and Toolkit
Using interactive technologies and activities, this workshop will provide participants with practical approaches and skills to improve the care of patients with insomnia and obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) using lifestyle medicine (LM) approaches. The 3-hour session will be intentionally structured to promote post-conference behavior change through addressing motivation, disseminating key knowledge and providing opportunity for deliberate practice and acceleration of skill acquisition through both table-side simulations and vicarious learning. In addition to structured workshop materials to maximize participant experience during the session, practical resources will be provided to facilitate the adoption of learned skills into clinical practice.
