
Module 5: Personal Challenge
Description
In this module, participants engage in a hands-on, reflective experience to embody Blue Zones principles. Using the Blue Zones Challenge™ App, learners practice key habits—moving naturally, eating wisely, exploring purpose, and building meaningful connections—to gain insight into longevity-supporting behaviors. Participants will also create their own Moai®—a small, purpose-driven social group—mirroring supportive networks in blue zones communities. This experiential learning deepens understanding of community and accountability in driving change. The module concludes with self-assessment tools to evaluate personal well-being and professional alignment with lifestyle medicine principles, supporting individual growth and more authentic, effective patient care.
