LM Community Health Worker Training
The objective of this training is to offer all Community Health Workers (CHWs) across the United States accessible and available information and resources related to lifestyle medicine and the six pillars for them to use in practice. Also, for this training to not only be educational, but also widely available, inspirational, adaptable and supportive.
