LM Community Health Worker Training

The objective of this training is to provide Community Health Workers (CHWs) across the United States with accessible information and practical resources related to lifestyle medicine and its six pillars. This training is designed to be not only educational, but also widely available, inspirational, adaptable, and supportive.
