Lifestyle Medicine Question Bank

Prep. Refresh. Stay certification-ready.

The Lifestyle Medicine Question Bank includes 200 multiple-choice questions across 10 core topics aligned with ABLM exam competencies.

The competencies were developed to provide guidance to clinicians, defining lifestyle medicine and outlining the knowledge and skills needed for health care practitioners to provide high quality lifestyle interventions.

The competencies focus on enduring clinical knowledge and skills and do not address evolving or globally/regionally divergent models of care and business administrative mechanisms of practice. The exception to the focus on clinical practice is the inclusion of leadership and advocacy skills, such as knowledge of the impact of lifestyles on planetary health.

It’s a powerful tool for exam prep—or a smart refresher for certified diplomates looking to maintain certification. With detailed explanations and references, you can build confidence and reinforce your knowledge—anytime, at your own pace.
