Learning about lifestyle medicine may be one of the most impactful steps you can take both personally and professionally. This short, self-paced, application-based certificate course delivers fundamental lifestyle medicine knowledge, resources, and tools through concise, expert-led micro-learning videos designed to fit seamlessly into the busy schedules of today’s healthcare workforce. 

Each module offers interactive, application-focused activities that help learners integrate new information and apply it in simple, meaningful ways to their daily lives and professional roles. Participants will explore evidence-based strategies to improve health outcomes through lifestyle interventions, supported by practical tools they can immediately use with patients, families, and communities. This certificate incorporates ACLM’s Introduction to Lifestyle Medicine 1.5-hour course in the opening module, ensuring every learner begins with a strong foundation.

Upon successful completion, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion from the American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM). This course offers Continuing Education (CE) credits, ANCC credit (for nurses), NBHWC credit (for health coaches), and American Board of Lifestyle Medicine Maintenance of Certification (ABLM MOC) credit for eligible completers. Individuals eligible for lifestyle medicine certification and CME should consider the Foundations of Lifestyle Medicine Board Review Course instead.
