Learners completing lifestyle medicine certification prerequisites may earn the Blue Zones Certified designation upon confirmation of lifestyle medicine certification, which must be obtained by 2030. 

**To be featured in the ACLM member and public-facing directory as a Blue Zones Certified Physician or Health Professional, you must maintain active certification in lifestyle medicine through ACLM, ABLM, or IBLM, and remain an active member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM).
