Activity instructions: 

Step 1 - Complete the session and quiz. 

  • A minimum score of 80% on the quiz must be achieved in order to receive credit. 
  • Multiple quiz attempts are allowed. 

Step 2 - After completing the session quiz, complete the survey evaluation. 

  • The survey must be completed in order to receive your certificate and CME/CE credit.
