Module 3: Community
Description
This module explores how the Life Radius® model—focused on people, places, and policies—is applied in Blue Zones Project® communities to improve population health. Emphasizing a systems-level approach, it shows how reshaping environments drives sustainable behavior change. Participants will review real-world examples of successful interventions that improve well-being and gain practical ideas for diverse settings. The module also addresses challenges in applying the Power 9® principles and offers evidence-informed strategies to overcome them. A key focus is health equity—learners will examine how Blue Zones strategies can be adapted to promote inclusive access to health-supporting resources and opportunities in all communities.
